REGISTRATION:
OR/CR, Motor Vehicle Inspection, Smoke Emission Test, Insurance.

REQUEST FOR CONFIRMATION (ALL Requirements Should be Photocopied EXCEPT the Inspection Sheet):
OR/CR, Motor Vehicle Inspection, Duly Notarized Deed of Sale, 2 Government Issued IDs of Vendor, and Vendee with 3 Signature Specimens.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP (ALL Requirements Should be the original copy):
OR/CR, Motor Vehicle Inspection, Duly Notarized Deed of Sale, 2 Government Issued IDs of Vendor and Vendee with 3 Signature Specimens, Confirmation(if the vehicle is registered outside Baguio), HPG Clearance.

P R O C E S S E S:
Registration:
1. Prepare your requirements
2. Smoke Emission Testing
3. Go to the LTO inspection site in Beckel, Ambuklao Rd.
4. Proceed to LTO Pacdal for validation, approval and payment.

Confirmation:
1. Prepare your requirements
2. Go to LTO Pacdal and submit your requirements
3. We will then, send your papers for confirmation to the office indicated in your CR
4. Wait for a text from LTO indicating the receipt of your confirmation, which you will then claim in our office

Transfer of Ownership:
1. Prepare your requirements
2. Get your vehicle inspected at the LTO Inspection Site in Beckel, Ambuklao Road
3. Submit your requirements along with the inspection form to LTO Pacdal
4. We will then process your request
5. Pay for the transaction and claim your new OR/CR

Please be sure to have your requirements available according to your transaction before proceeding to the LTO Baguio Registration Office to have a smooth transaction.
